In het bijzonder bij de embryonale ontwikkeling is voldoende vitamine A belangrijk, omdat een gebrek hieraan onder bepaalde omstandigheden kan leiden tot problemen zoals misvorming of afsterven van het embryo.<\/p>\n<p>Maar vitamine A speelt al voor het dekmoment een grote rol, omdat het ook de vruchtbaarheid be\u00efnvloedt, waardoor er v\u00f3\u00f3r het dekken ook op gelet moet worden dat het rantsoen voldoende vitamine A of \u00df-caroteen bevat.<\/p>\n<p>Deze verhoogde behoefte wordt gedekt door <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marstall.nl\/product\/marstall-fokkerij-muesli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marstall Fokkerij-muesli<\/a>, deze bevat namelijk niet alleen vitamine A, maar ook \u00df-caroteen voor een optimale verzorging.<\/p>\n<p>Overigens: Hooi bevat ook \u00df-caroteen, maar in zeer lage gehaltes. Bovendien neemt dit gehalte verder af naarmate het hooi langer bewaard wordt.
